| | ELECTRICAL October 10, 2007 Two of your employees, Robert and Sammy came out to our ranch Monday, October 1, 2007 to replace the main electrical breakers and breaker box which was badly burned and not functional. I just wanted to inform you how professional and efficient these two men performed their job. They coordinated with Bandera Electric Co-Op's two men, Jimmy and Allen, who initially "zeroed-in" on the problem. Likewise, they performed efficiently. Everything was completed in a timely manner. After three days of not having "full" power and wondering what the problem was, it was a pleasure to have these four men perform the necessary repairs in such an efficient and timely manner. | | RESIDENTIAL HVAC INSTALLATION March 31, 2008 I'm writing to express my appreciation for the outstanding job your crew did replacing the entire air conditioning system in our home recently. The entire project from the quotes for various system options, comparisons of those systems for cost and benefits, the planning to install, the actual installation and follow up, to the completed task was nothing short of superb. | | HVAC SERVICE & REPAIR September 28, 2009 I just wanted to let you know how pleased I was with Justin Frye. He came to our house last week to repair our a/c unit which was previously declared "dead" by a service technician from another company. Within 5 minutes of his arrival, Justin had diagnosed the cause of a Freon leak and within 5 minutes had the tubing soldered and fixed. He then continued to vacuum the system and replace the Freon. The unit is running like a champ now. Just is a very personable and professional young man. I appreciate his thoroughness and integrity.
