To sum up our experience with D'Spain: On a scale from 1 to 10 (10 being the highest) we would give you an 11. From your initial installation to the follow-ups. As for the equipment, our Trane it is as quality a product as you said it would be. We would like to mention our Service Tech DAMIAN. We would prefer to have him each and every time. As you get older having strangers in your home is often uncomfortable and stressful. Our neighbor who had her home broken into a week later after having her dishwasher serviced is proof positive of that. Damian was respectful of our home and of us. He has a great personality, is very knowledgeable, efficient and walked us thru the entire process to service our equipment. Damian is truly an asset to D'Spain. Another important quality was with our dog, Maggie. She is a pretty large dog and though she is well trained she is very protective of us the sole purpose of getting her. She makes sure no strangers enter this yard or our home without prior announcement. He was patient with her barking and quick to make friends with her. She is an important part of our life. Keep up the good work and we look forward to our next visit with DAMIAN.

We recently had some problems with our Trane. This e-mail concerns our tech from D'Spain, his name is AARON. Called earlier concerning him. A definite asset to your company. For a millennial we have never encountered anyone with such professionalism, courtesy, manners beyond comprehension and knowledgeable about his product and diagnosing what was wrong. He was compassionate in the fact we are both retired, on a fixed income. Keeping our unit running for us now and giving us a concise heads up what we can expect, but giving us time to save the funds needed to correct the problem down the road. AAron is definitely a credit for D'Spain that they hire people of this quality. In this day and time we have had countless other companies in our home for appliances, furniture etc. and NEVER have we encountered a young man of such high caliber. Unfortunately what has prompted this e-mail are encounters with other people of his age group that have been miserable to deal with because of their attitude, laziness, and lack of knowledge of their product and lack of customer service. We would like to keep AARON if possible as our tech for any future need of D'Spain services.

I cannot say enough about Justin and his partner! I was remodeling a house and had my trades all lined up to sheetrock my kitchen walls when my previous electrician had a scheduling conflict which would cause a major conflict with cabinet installers coming from out of town (I am also from out of town). After I explained my predicament, the customer service reps at DSpain quickly got in touch with a crew who was able to come out the very next day and got started immediately to help me stay on schedule and on budget. Justin and his partner were quick, very professional, and made sure everything was done the right way. They were very friendly and pleasant to work with and made some good recommendations for lighting fixtures that I plan to use. They were also good at explaining what needed to be done in laymen's terms (I can't get a flashlight to work) and I trusted them completely. As a result, I plan to use your company to finish re-wiring my whole house, I am signing up for their AC service plan, and the electrical service plan that your customer service rep told me about. I really really appreciate them bailing me out of what could have been a disastrous situation. Thanks for being one of those honest and dependable companies we so rarely hear about!!!

Two of your employees, Robert and Sammy came out to our ranch to replace the main electrical breakers and breaker box that was badly burned and not functional. I just wanted to inform you how professional and efficient these two men performed their job. They coordinated with Bandera Electric Coop and everything was completed in a timely manner. After three days of not having “full” power and wondering what the problem was, it was a pleasure to call you guys and have your men perform the necessary repairs in such an efficient and timely manner.

The experience I had with James Cammack from D’Spain Sales and Service is the best service I have received in my 34 years of being an adult! I will never have any company other than D’Spain work or install HVAC, Electrical, or water well products in my home.
